Special frame orders or eyeglasses with custom made prescription lenses will ship in 5-8 business days (depending on frame and prescription). Contact lenses will typically ship in 4-6 business days. Shipping varies among products and prescription needs. We will contact you if there is any delays with your order.

Absolutely. Once you place your order, just let us know that you would like to try the eyeglass frame on at home before any lenses are crafted. You have 15 days to try and return a frame. If you want to keep them, just let us know and our licensed opticians will begin custom crafting your prescription lenses.

Yes. We offer new prescription eyeglass lenses in any frame you want. Simply choose your lenses and options and ship us your frame. We will send it back with brand new prescription lenses in 5-8 business days.
